Which suggestions can you do right then and there?


While in the washroom/quiet place/vehicle you can:


Turn your toes in.


Imagine circles floating down on you.


Put your tongue on the roof of your mouth.


Unify yourself


Take 5 or more vagus breaths.


Give yourself a spray of Rescue Remedy®.


Get into your Right brain.


Yawn 10 times in a row.



When you return to your situation you can:


Have a glass of water.


Imagine circles floating down on the group.



You will be amazed at how well you feel energetically when you do these simple actions. Keeping your personal energy strong is the key to thriving through any situation.
