Take a shower.
Often when we are in social situations such as at work or in the mall or at a dinner, we collect up energy from other people. This energy is draining.
One of the best ways to clear yourself of this energy is to take a shower. Water cleanses on many levels.
The water from a shower also releases negative ions. This is similar to a waterfall. Negative ions increase your energy. Positive ions decrease your energy.
So with a shower you are releasing other people’s energy and receiving negative ions. You will feel lighter, energized and more peaceful.
