Unify yourself.


To stop your thoughts from being scattered or to eliminate the anxiety in your thoughts, you need to unify yourself. To do this, concentrate on the area 2.5 cm below your navel and think about nothing else for a moment.


You can also unify yourself by putting one finger gently on your belly button and one finger right below your belly button. Lift the finger on your belly button up and with the finger right below your belly button press in slightly. Keep that finger there and focus on it while you breathe. Take a few breaths and slowly release your finger. This will pull you into a unified force, quiet your mind and help you become more powerful.


You can do this throughout the day.
