Drink water.

Water helps your body feel alive and full of energy. Drinking water helps the electrical system in your body to work properly. It helps your brain to function better and your muscles to fire correctly. Dehydration robs your body of precious energy.

One of the easiest ways to increase your energy is with a glass of water. A well hydrated body is more youthful looking and enables you to have more energy so that you can get through your busy day.

During your normal day your body loses about 10 cups of water. When you are under stress, for whatever reason, your body loses even more.

So, you need to drink water simply to keep your body systems working properly. Some of this water you get from food. Some of it you need to replenish through drinking water.

If you had a glass of water first thing in the morning, you would be able to think more clearly. A glass of water after a really boring meeting will pick you up. A glass of water after an uncomfortable confrontation will help calm you down.

If you are doing emotional release work, you need water to assist electrically with the changes that are taking place in your body.
