The long and short of boundaries is simply this – you are establishing limits on what you are willing to tolerate in your life – the behaviors, requests, people, experiences, activities – and you express what these limits are.
You are owning your thoughts, feelings, reactions, desires, dreams, and your truth.
You consciously infuse into your day and your life that which pleases you all the while reducing or eliminating from your life those people, interactions, activities, and experiences that have taken away your pleasure.
