This is really important and often forgotten. As adults, we forget the value of having fun.

 

Whatever activity is fun for you, book it into your calendar. Treat it as important as any other activity that is booked in your calendar.

 

Even if you can only fit in fun for 15 minutes, do so. Having fun with lift your mood and will diminish the stress of the holidays.
