Yawning 10 times in a row is a very effective way to increase your level of relaxation. It tells your brain to rapidly de-stress. 

 

Research has found that this is more effective than doing 10 minutes of relaxation exercises.

 

You will have to do a number of fake yawns to start with in order to do 10 yawns in a row. Even 10 fake yawns will give you the same result.
