Laughing is wonderful self-care.

 

It is well-documented that laughing:

 

- Lowers blood pressure.

- Increases vascular blood flow and oxygenation of the blood.

- Gives a workout to the diaphragm and to the abdominal, respiratory, facial, leg and back        muscles...
